i have some bad malware on my desktop and cant even log in to download any programs its so bad. any programs to fix this?

i just got a trojan from utorrent. never had that happen before on there. i tend to read comments on torrents i get but i still feel like i'm going in vulnerable.
ok you're right. i completely forgot that people do that. i used to look at my homies like when they would be on a site like "YOOO They got a link if you click here you get a free Lebron jersey "never running/updating antivirus, having firewalls off, clicking ad links, looking for downloads on suspicious websites...years back it was downloading .exe from file sharing programs

This dude also has a GeGeek Tool kit that's like 7GB in since after everything is downloaded. All sorts of tools and resources to fix problems.
