My last event I had 382 people showed up

I got 100% of the door (we only charged $10 to get in all night)
15% of the bar
$30 per bottle sold

and I got $3000 (well really $1500 cause I had to split with my brother, the other host)

where would the other $30k come from to pay gucci mane (me being the host, thats MY job not the CLUBS job), even if I doubled or even tripled door pricing... Ill wait..

In a lot of cases, yeah it is.

Even your little local semi so-called celebrity at the hole in the wall gets comped service in the club, just for being popular enough to draw business to the club.

Even moreso if they get flashy and buy a round for the joint or buy out the bar or whatever a few times.

like you said in a later post, having celebrities show up makes a club a "main club"

that's where the other "30k" is recouped

the last club I worked with brought in sean paul a couple years ago for 35 stacks

some bars/clubs close here at 1:30am others close at 3am, then we go to East St.Louis (risk robbery/death) those clubs close at 6am

I know for a fact meek mill charges 35 k. It depends on the venue and location I guess. They might do 3 songs in a small venue and walk through for less vs. performing a full set.
