Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane is on the verge of catching a MAJOR break that could see him escape a lengthy jail sentence

stemming from two September incidents in which he threatened police with a gun.the lawyers for the U.S. government have asked the judge to push the trial – currently set for April 15 — to a later date as they work out a plea deal. He was looking at 20 years.. Hmm sounds like he took the T.I. route

Even if he gets out at the end of this month, will he be back in by the end of the year ?

they gonna rack him up with parole back up time, they just dig the grave they'll allow him to throw his own body in

All of you guys are jumping to such quick conclusions about the details of this deal. My guess is it's going to be a last chance sort of a thing considering he was hospitalized, which suggests some sort of mental health concern; a short bid, mandatory rehabilitation, drug screening, community service and very stringent probation terms (hard time for any violation).

I can't see Gucci taking the snitch route nor do I think he's even in a position to testify against anyone really... there were no accomplices or conspirators to the charged crimes. Not to mention, as if any Coli poster here would not open his mouth or point fingers at the mere chance of reducing a TWENTY YEAR prison term.

Free Gucci.
