I just finished the mission where you kill Diaz
It’s crazy how not only they got all the missions in the GTA 4 engine, they got the Vice City cheats and some of the side missions.

For someone who never finished Vice City back then, this is one of the most enjoyable gaming moments I’ve had in the last few years.

I tried replaying recently and that shyt had me so mad, the RC missions and the train missions in SA got a bad wrap aside from some of the janky bs and getting one shotted by the shotguns in GTA 3, the RC in Vice City is by far the lamest mission in all of gta

It’s done by fans for free, and the engine they’re using is almost two decades old. The game isn’t in GTA 5, it’s in GTA 4, which came out on pc over 15 years ago.

The fact that they essentially ported over Vice City(missions; cutscenes, cheats, vehicles, music, etc) over to GTA IV is nothing short of amazing. Not only they ported Vice City, there’s also an Easter egg the mod team created.

4 is seemingly more beloved online than 5…also, imo has the better gameplay/mechanics. The ragdoll physics, weighted cars, shooting, fighting are better to me

V us harder to port missions in, modders haven't figured our how to do it yet
