Will my R280 be enough to run this at high at least ? :dwillhuh: This sounds like it will hard on GPUs.

This is a reddit thread about performance across cards and quite a few people are reporting issues with R280 cards...

Realistically though the graphics in this game or so customizable that if you are willing to put in some time you will be able to find some settings that work perfectly for you.

Rockstar did an OUTSTANDING job optimizing this game and giving players a wealth of options to change...

It really goes to show just how shytty a company like ubisoft is...

Watchdogs isn't on the same planet as GTA V graphically...

I am really going to have to do some research as to how they got the game to look this good and run this smooth...

Like...even if their is a icehancer mod...I...I don't really think they can actually improve anything graphically much more than what it is :wow:

It's crazy breh I haven't experienced any kind of pop-in or any real random slow downs in FPS, I was reading an interview with the devs and they mentioned that they had the same team who did the development for Max Payne 3 on PC as well as a handful of specifically chosen employees across their network working on it. And it shows in the final outcome :wow: I haven't even got my new card in too :to:

Lol I was just about to come in here and say that.

This game runs very good on my rig and my rig ain't even all that.

It's a basic Intel Pentium G3258 overclocked to 4.3GHZ
3GB R9 280
8GB DDR3
Win 8.1 64bit.

With most settings on high/very high and some extra bells and whistles the game can run at basically 30fps at 1080P. If I lower a few settings I can get it to run at 40-60fps(the latter in more enclosed areas.)

I AM having an issue with horrible texture pop in and streaming issues. I see it's not an HDD issue as others on SSD has reported it too. Also the sound keeps skipping.

Watchdogs could barely run at 30fps on my system even on low settings.

Rockstar said the PC version was built along side the console version which means this wasn't a port...

New console architecture being x86 based is what we should be thanking...
