It's a free upgrade if you bought it for the PS4

They're doing this to keep the GTA Online cash cow going for the next generation

I bought it on the PS3. Got it on the Xbox One also so maybe I'll get the upgrade. I never beat it but I didn't have an Xbox most of the year till now. It'll be worth playing again to finish with that upgrade. Kinda foul they never did a single player DLC.
