GTA SA is the best game in the series most would agree. And if a mechanic of the a game hurts the overall gameplay then yeah, I would rather not have it and that's what happened in GTA IV.

You want realistic physics go play Gran Turismo or Forza. That's not what the GTA series has been about and that's not why people play it. GTA has never been realistic and doesn't need to be
