What's the difference? Those white men crying are as weak as yall crying on here. A true representation of 2022 males. Everybody a victim.
Both situations can influence people specifically the youth. Same posters will be in other threads acting as if media has zero influence is all I was pointing out

Now go sit yo angry ass in the corner :russ:

No nikka, he said this

this is different from what your saying. quit trying to twist things, like we cant bring up his post :mjlol:

you can as what Coldslither and what he was alluding to was cultureal and influence. This by disney is simply business and a business venture at that

Yes, they still dictate the culture because they still own the means to do so. Nothing has changed. Black superstar has been a thing for a century. So that's not a new thing. Louis Armonstrong and Jazz was the biggest thing ever decades ago. Black artists influence is not new.

You're thinking you're seeing something new. But you don't.

White owners made Ariel not white. They dictate it. They can make her blue if they want to.

and that influence helps to dictate and steer culture.

You right, black people run Hollywood, and white people don't dictate things over there. They just control the corporations and the capital, but they ain't the one making the decisions. Good observation.

Wow, black rappers on MTV really cured racism in the 90's.

The problem with you is, you wannabe be so narrow minded on that "dictating culture" = running a corporation or "running hollywoid"

And that's not what it is. Even if some credit is given on them having a share of input on "culture" in society it does not mean they alone control it.

But given ur whole schtik is to be this disgruntled biter super militant African on the coli. Who is a pan africanist

Your stubbornness and close mindedness to how culture is impacted in other ways by Black Americans and nonwhites is expected.:unimpressed:

Yes, they only have a a share of input... They don't decide to put X or Y in front of the screen. It seems that some of you don't understand the concept of power. Next, you might say that white people don't control Wall Street...

Did I say black people don't influence the culture? I talked about Jazz and Louis Armonstrong...That's the problem with discussing with people who only read what pleases them.

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
Let’s be honest: Most of the live action Disney films are a one and done affair where you start to forget about the film 15 minutes after leaving the theater. The lone exceptions were Jungle Book, which was visually amazing, & Aladdin, which was a lot of fun. However, they make a billion dollars which gives the company all the ammo that it needs to keep chugging them out. This will be no different. At the end of the day, you've still got the animated film to go back to watch and enjoy and this live action remake will not take away from that film at all.
