some hitters are lucky to get 5 and 15 in a month

This is the highest any right handed batter has ever peaked and debatably the highest non steroid peak since integration

We gotta start scoring by putting more hits together throughout innings

Hasn't felt like since the 09 team, we've routinely had innings where we get like 7-8 hits and put up crooked numbers

That’s why I always point to that team as the most ideally constructed batting order ever aside from 1998 for any team. Only one guy on the 2009 squad who hit below .273 and he had a .371 OBP while everyone hit a lot of doubles and only one guy in the lineup had an OBP below .355 on the year. 1998 was a bit harder to replicate since half the lineup had arguably their best season all at once.
