My Pops Forever RIP
Dumb fukks been trying to fight what smart baseball minds figured out a century ago…ya best hitter hits 3rd
Bellinger would go 30/20 easily if he hit in front of Judge more often than not (granted, they wanna split the lefties and ideally, Dominguez gets that spot in due time)

Boone was pretty adamant about how much he wants to split up the lefties but also that their numbers show the 3 hitter comes up with the least amount of RBI opportunities over a season, and the Soto/Judge stack was a unique outlier.

Judge simply needs a guy in front of him who will get on base

“I don’t want to say this — baseball is a White sport,” Chisholm told The Athletic. “I feel like White people criticize everything that a Black man does. Black men are outspoken. They say what’s on their minds.”

Former teammate Miguel Rojas, who is from Venezuela, didn't appreciate the way Chisholm carried himself with the Marlins. Rojas once cut up a pair of Chisholm's signature flashy cleats as a supposed reminder that baseball's rules, so to speak, left no room for ostentation.

Rojas, who is now with the Los Angeles Dodgers, responded. Slyly.

“There are people who are going to air out what’s happening in a clubhouse, and I’m not really going to talk about it,” he told The Athletic. “I have my own opinions… but I’m going to be professional and keep it in-house.”

“I’ll tell you right now, if this was a White boy’s stuff, you weren’t gonna cut that sh– up because if a White boy goes and complains, now everybody’s f—ed," he told The Athletic. "I go and complain and it’s not that big of a deal. It’s, ‘Let’s try and find a solution for this.’ But if a White boy goes and complains, nah, f— that.”
