The depressing thing is he was right there. Almost had the monkey off his back. He hit the homer, he made the great catch. The Yankees had this infectious momentum. Then he just missed a pitch for another homer. Then he dropped the easy flyball. And sad oaf remained sad.I want to support him.
But the playoff numbers/results for the past few seasons prevent me from doing it.
He just needs ONE and he's probably good forever.
He doesn't have to be Jeter, he just needs ONE.
Even ARod was cheered after 2009...
