As parents our duty is to administer order discipline and morality to our children. These principles carry into real life for them and helps them advance and grow as they begin to build their own families. The actions of those babies is why teachers are quitting at an alarming rate and now only then police coming to get our kids. I don't always go with "it starts from home " but I do believe we play a role. We have to parent.
