I know what the point is, but it's not the same situation. One is a joke that some found funny, and the other comment is one that many took as questioning the intelligence of a woman.

I don't think Cam should have been criticized for that. If you wanted to compare Cam celebrating to Gronk, and the backlash Cam has received for his celebrations versus Gronk, that has far more credence to it.

And both jokes were disrespectful to women football journalists. That is the bottom line. Cam got flamed right away while Gronk has been allowed to do the joke for years.

And both deserved the heat.
