stack up on chobani fat free greek yogurt for that protein, turkey meat, no-fat milk. chicken, i get lots of teas cuz i can deal with water only but not wit food. more or less if the shyt is sweet or eaten as a snack, leave it at the market.

:ohhh: shyt is like looking my grocery list. Minus the coconut water, I just do water or if I absolutely must pour a crystal light in a drink every so often, along with the salmon (I get cod-trout and mackeral), I add spinach with the kale, minus the wheat (I rarely eat bread only when I bulk, but if its a must its wheat), with almonds (I get walnuts, sunflower seeds and pistachios- for a snack), along with steel cuts, I get cream of wheat (grew up on this), minus the apples and have the rest of the fruit you got plus kiwi. I try to have low sodium in my list and eliminate the bad carbs as much as I can. Add to it fish/flax oil, psyllium husk, and airpopcorn for a fiber snack I"m good to go. O, and white and green tea

I eat ridiculously. Like I am the smallest person in my house and I take up like 2/3 of the fridge/freezer/food storage space EASILY at all times.. It's nuts. I'm a bit of a food hoarder. :snoop:
