That shyt fukking sucks. Your shoulder will never be the same and worse part is you can tear it again or overwork the other arm and tear that one. Prayers up 🙏🏿
I remember MKG tearing his in back to back years and his shot just going from bad to horrible and never recovering. Terrible basketball injury.

Now they can embrace the tank, this is a very good team but needs one more wing/big. They can use that pick to draft or trade for one.

Terrible for JA on a personal level though

Usually with no surgery.
It is 28 months recovery time.
with no surgery and of course no lifting.

Then six months rehab.
with water weights before any heavy lifting.

Not sure.
How the surgery cuts into the 28 months and recovery.
Just know it is not an easy road.

Good luck young man.

Hopefully he recovers and is able to take his time, but I know he's feeling the pressure. I do worry about the shooting form when he recovers and the amount of pain it will cause him to keep it the same.

shyt sucks. I just had my labrum repaired in October and I’m prolly 85% and I’m a regular ass nikka at this point.

I’m sure if they were playoff contenders he could come back but given where they are u. The standings, it doesn’t make sense.
