. The market for national announcers is very small and their competitors (ESPN) are cutting people as is. Greg figure that something is better than nothing at all and hopefully he can make that money back over time during another negotiation when his current contract expires.

He's a chill, happy-go-lucky announcer (w/ admittedly some golden retriever energy)
His call on Odell's catch was great, he manages to call out things happening on the line better than most and almost has insights as a former WR that extend beyond the typical QB/TE perspectives
