He was the assigned officer to solve the Big and Pac murders. His investigation and his conclusion (Suge paid his main shooter Poochie to kill Biggie) has been supported by a lot of people including Reggie Wright.

nikka dissed Pac on the radio post mortem and then turned around and was partying wit the SSCC. The crew responsible for PAC’s death in the first place. Both these deaths were tragic and fukked up but people need to stop acting like Biggie didn’t make bad decisions.

Lil Cease police sketch matched the description of Amir Muhammad
4 people in Biggie's entourage say the shooter was a skinny, light-brown skin muslim with a bow-tie
