i believe the White Ranger is stronger because Tommy got bodied as the Green Ranger and had to be brought back as the White Power Ranger.

Not sure if people know after the green ranger lost his powers JDF was supposed to be on VR Troopers and Brad Hawkins who ended up on VR Troopers was supposed to be the white ranger.
