You can't look at a person and tell if they're on PED, Gianni's could easily achieve that naturally. Tho they are both pro athletes so I wouldn't be shocked if they are on PED. Bron is old AF tho so I would bet anything he's on it. Sorry Bronsexuals lol.

It's not even a moral issue, I truly don't care they should all get on it if they feel they need it at a certain age.

I DIDNT CHERRY PICK A THING.

ITS NOT JUST SIZE.
BRON CUT LIKE A nikka
WHO BARELY LIFT WEIGHTS
IN THE FIRST PIC.

That's cause he had just started lifting weights. :skip:

Bron famously didn't start taking care of his body until the end of his Cleveland tenure, now he's known for the intensity of his workouts.

LeBron James spoke to the media, and one of the topics that got brought up was weight training and how kids are strength training at a very young age.

LeBron was asked how old he was when he really worked on caring about his body from a weight-training perspective.

He paused and said "Um, 24."

James laughed and went on to say, "I ate McDonalds my first couple years in the NBA, I didn't stretch, I didn't ice, it didn't matter. I was 18, I could do whatever I wanted to."

LeBron was asked how much weight training he did in high school. He said, "Yeah we did a little weight training, but I mean, you do so much in high school, weights is the last thing. I'm gonna be a kid."

So in that 2010 picture, he'd been doing serious weight training for just one year. By the 2013 picture, he'd been doing serious weight-training for four years. The gains I showed in the actual comparable pictures from 2009 to 2013 are the normal year-to-year gains you'd expect for someone who was a naturally muscular athlete but who had only started serious weight-training at 24.

You want to see real gains, have you seen the before-after for Wilt comparing when he was in the league and didn't lift compared to when he was retired and did?

What part are you actually doubting though? You said that he didn't look like he lifted much in Cleveland, and you know for a fact he has been seriously focused with lifting since then from Miami to now, he posts the videos all the time.

If you don't think he lifted weights then, and you know he does now, then what is left to argue? :why:

Here's the progression again. If it was drugs, not working out and maturity, then why does the progression look so smooth and measured from year to year?

Kobe, for comparison, gained 15 pounds of muscle in a single offseason. I don't recall Bron ever putting on that much that quick ever.

The Los Angeles Lakers guard hit the weight room hard during the offseason, adding some 15 pounds to his 6-foot-7 body to bring his weight up to about 225. He said he wanted to be stronger this season and keep defenders off him

Once in another offseason, he chose to lose 16 pounds of muscle in just a few months leading up to the 2012 Olympics.

What's crazy about all these pictures of physiques is still how weak NBA players are compared to NFL players.

Shaq couldn't even bench press 405 lbs., said 475 but that was his own claim. Meanwhile we have football players right now pushing 600-700+ lbs. on the bench press completely on video.

Football players are just something else entirely.

I mean, it makes sense that níggas that run into each other at max speed for fun are strong as shyt.

If a running back, linebacker or defensive lineman wanted to scrap with me, I'd deadass just pull out my phone and call the poilice and scream for help:hubie:

football players are built for burst/explosive maneuvers and need all that extra muscle to take hits. A guy like Cooper Kupp is close to 10 to 15 pounds “overweight” compared to what his walk around weight would be if he weren’t a professional athlete.

It's different body types, at least those pushing that much weight. Shaq at 7'1" weighed the same as those guys pushing that weight at probably 6"5" or less.

They also speak to the gym trope of needing to be chunky/fat to lift weight that heavy since many lineman eat to be 300+ and drop 50+ pounds when they're done playing.

I see regular dudes in my gym with better physique than these guys and they have regular 9-5 jobs. They just love the gym.

Let's just accept some people are born with well built bodies and keep it moving, breh's.
Exactly. They are at the top of the genetic pool being pros that probably all easily build muscle
