Congratulations to Floyd Mayweather Jr. I haven't been this happy over a bout since Larry Homes stopped Gerry c00ney. I noticed how Mcgregor told the fans the ref should have let him go down, after the ref practically saved his life with two more rounds left, and not jeopardizing the rest of his days as a MMA fighter. Going two more rounds in that shape against a champion like Mayweather, could have meant him never getting back up again on his own, if the ref didn't stop it.
Now I've heard fighters claim they weren't that hurt, and the ref stopped it too early, etc... But I seldom hear a fighter say the ref should have let him go down. Even Mike Tyson had enough sense to appreciate a ref's job stepping in when he was in trouble the few times he lost, whether he was going down or not. That's how dangerous this sport can be. I still remember what happened to Gerald McClellan after putting up that good fight against Nigel Benn, after he even knocked Benn down and through the ropes in the first round. Anyway, It almost felt like Mcgregor was saying he rather'd go down, than let that Black ref stop him.
I never heard anyone talk so much trash right after getting their butt whopped like that. Comments like, "Floyd think he's Mexican now", etc..., showed me that this clown is still a racist. I couldn't believe anybody was still cheering him on after his comments. He gave Mayweather absolutely no credit for his speed or anything, nor did he give the sport of boxing any credit.

That fight wasn't even close. Mayweather was just toying with Conor for 1-4 rounds, not even utilizing the shoulder roll, laughing, and playing around. The people saying, "Conor at least went 10 rounds with a boxing champion and landed more punches than Pacquaio" aren't familiar with Floyd's style or boxing in general. Of course you'll land more punches if your opponent isn't taking the damn fight seriously and is allowing you to punch him.
