not surprised about wlad. roach worked with wlad and tyson and said wlad definitely hit harder. wlad knocks people out with grazing blows. shyt looks like these muthafukkers are taking dives, but wlad just hits that damn hard. if he would let loose he'd probably have an insane knockout reel.

Him and Lewis both. Once they ate them punches and was put on their asses they fought to win fights instead of taking risks going for knockouts.

Great read on this thread though. I just wish the dudes with all the great KO power fought with that Tyson mentality.

I'm just now seeing this thread. Dope read though. Props for posting it.

I'm glad someone finally stopped all this nonsense about Old Foreman being able to beat Tyson in the late 80's/early 90's. I always figured if Morrison with his chinny self could beat dude, then Tyson definitely could and most people looked at it the same way, but then that damn story about Mike supposedly being shook of dude got circulated around the net and then Old Foreman turned into a Neo Geo Boss or some shyt.

I can definitely feel where dudes coming from with Holyfied. Real Deal had a style that seemed like it could work against anybody. He could brawl, swarm, pressure, box, counter, in-fight, rough house, etc.. nikka did it all. Even past his prime he held his own. He sonned Rahman and planted a grapefruit on his head. Even though he got schooled by Bryd, he gave Chris hell in those last two rounds and showed everyone how the fight would look if he was in his prime.

I wanna hear some Felix Trinidad sparring stories now.

Let's not forget about how Moorer was boxing the shyt outta George before he got hit with that shot, and that was his best win since coming outta retirement.

While Foreman still had his power, he also had cinderblock feet. So any boxer with movement was gonna give him trouble.

I definitely give George Foreman his props. He came back and did his best to reinvent himself (was actually a better boxer when he was older). But anybody saying he would beat Tyson automatically gets the :comeon: look from me

That's true shyt breh, but you already know how the herd theory works in boxing. All you need is one nikka to say Tyson was shook of a past his prime old as hell Foreman and everyone and they mama runs with that shyt. Hell, Foreman needed a gift to beat Lou Saverese and that dude was nothing special.

The only young nikka with power that couldn't decisively beat old George was Briggs. Foreman was the only that got robbed that time. :mjlol::snoop:

Its not suprising to think that someone with as weak mentally as Mike was shook of George Foreman. Tyson really isnt the monster he was made out to be.

C'mon James :camby: with that shyt.

We're not talking about a prime Foreman, we're talking about the old ass Foreman that was getting slapped around by damn near everyone in the heavyweight division.

Tyson was more about speed and technique but still hit fukking powerful.....

I love how people say Tyson didn't have heart...or didn't know how to box or weak mentally........LIKE HE WAS IN HIS PRIME. bruh every criticism I hear of mike is when he was out of his prime.:russ:

prime Tyson could possibly be the goat of hw and p4p......:manny:

I could see wlad hitting hard via punches you don't see or perfect technique, not brute strength
