Yes you can use the right stick or motion to move the camera. That's how part one was anyway.

Its actually works realy good using the stick, and just tilt the controller a bit to fine tune your aim

If your being serious its realy fun and unique flying around the city

What's up with that kick animation?
It looks like they press the button once and she goes through a whole combo animation.
