I hate see people handle firearms like this. I handle pistols all day due to my work. Even with all my training, I still treat every firearm with the respect it deserve.
Though I don't feel sorry for the breh,:manny: I hope everyone else that was involved receive some serious jail time. They should really pass a law that grants additional jail time to compliment every crime that have something to do with showing off on social media.:snoop:

1-There 270 million to 310 million guns, that is almost a gun for each person, including kids. There is no need for that many guns. The second amedment gave you the right to bare arms, but that doesn't necessarily mean having them everywhere, and for anyone to get. When they wrote that, the country was small, and we lived in a different time. I'm not saying guns should should be in small supply, but if we already have enough, don't you think we should quell the making of more, and control better who gets them, and how they are traced when used in crimes?
2-There should be a limit because right now there are only three percent of people owning most of the guns. This makes it easy for some to sell the guns illegally, and help contribute to a lot of the homicides that happen in street culture. If there were a limit, guns can still be sold illegally, but they will costs more(limits how many will have them), and be much easier to trace.
3-Guns should have a lock so anyone can't just pull the trigger, and hurt themselves such as children or like this video. If there were a lock(not trigger locks), she couldn't even play with it like she did. I just told you it should be mandatory to purchase it, if you used it or not that, and the fine could be decided in court and based on the crime you are charged with such as the case with this video, but at least it puts the thought into peoples heads.
4- A lock on the CHAMBER, and for every gun, not just new handguns!. Another way to put it, is there should be a mandatory universal lock that can avoid the chamber from moving, or cause any type of gun from allowing the firing pin to work on all guns.
5-You are living in a fantasy land. People have education on driving, but car accidents happen with nearly 1.3 million people dying in road crashes each year, on average 3,287 deaths a day. An additional 20-50 million are injured or disabled. This is why the need for cars that can help keep things safe are soon to be mandatory. Guns need the same thing, this is common sense!

If you want it to be just about education, then we should do it like Germany does for getting a DRIVERS LICENSE. Doing it like them will prevent a lot of the bullshyt we see with guns, because it bars so many who don't need guns because they've proven they can't handle them. The price may have to be lower, though.
  • a mandatory eight-hour first aid course
  • a minimum of 37 hours of instruction
  • passing two exams (theoretical and practical)
  • a cost of over $2,000

This is the lock I was referring to
Zore X Core 9x19

1) Number of guns is irrelevant. Your opinion on how many guns you think there should be is just that your opinion. Fact is guns in society has increased the last 30 years while violent crime and gun crime has declined since a peak in the 80s. 2nd amendment gives you a right to bear arms and create an independent of the federal government militia. Its intent was to have guns so infused in society that attempts of the government to tyranize the people would be checked.

2) There should be a limit because a few people own the most guns? So again why should that mean there should be a limit? If you don't want a lot of guns don't buy them, but the US government has no power to limit a person buying anything, let alone guns, and you still haven't proven how someone owning guns is a danger to society. If you checked your stats, you'd know most criminals who commit gun crimes get their guns illegally, so making it harder for legal citizens to get guns will have no impact on criminal behavior, because guess what, they don't follow the law anyway.

3) Guns have locks that come with them that go through the ejection port down the magwell that stops them from being loaded and from cycling. This has been the norm since the 90s. You are now arguing for the norm. You don't even know this because you have no idea about buying guns legally in this country, and its very apparent. You are literally speaking from fear and ignorance.

4) Already addressed.

5) Not living in a fantasy land at all. People are educated in drinving cars and your argument is that doesn't work so we should ban people from buying cars right? Where is your call to ban the number of cars people can buy, and mandate more locks on cars to stop fools from driving them poorly? Oh you aren't doing that, probably because if you did you'd quickly be called reactionary and foolish for making those statements. I'd also add far more car deaths in this nation than gun deaths and the gun deaths are in the midst of another down cycle.

Why should people have to prove their ability to exercise their right to the government, when the prupose of the 2nd amendment is to take the ability of the government to limit firearm ownership? SMH
No people don't need a class unless they want one.
Education is optional, you want to know how to store and fire a gun, go to a class or read.
But I already knew you would use "education" as a backdoor ban, so thanks for confirming it with a 2000 dollar price tag for the ability to execute your right. SMH
I guess you are also an advocate for poll taxes that they used to keep black americans from voting, right? SMH

The US isn't germany, but it has less violent crime than the UK which mans guns outright, and typically in the US states and counties with the least amount of regulation on guns have lower crime rates than counties and states with higher hurdles to obtain them. On top of that, you can't stop stupid, so instead of trying to make all of us gun owners responsible for the idiots and criminals, you would be better off trying to attack the root cause of the vast majority of the gun violence. Drug prohibition. No war on drugs and you have a heavy drop in street violence in the US on the border and in the inner city. Your type don't want to do that though, you'd want to see black men and women have to go and appeal to whites, who don't give a damn about us, for the ability to protect ourselves. New age c00ning at its finest.

Just quoting to point out how you talk out of both sides of your ass. First you say that the gun restriction laws already in place just need to be enforced, then you turn right around and say that too many states have restrictive laws using so-called racism to try and imply that the laws shouldn’t be in place.

Should the laws already on the books be enforced or shouldn’t they?

What states are only restricting black law abiding citizens from carrying? I’m not even denying this, just would like to know the states.
I'm talking out of my ass by saying the laws in place, like national criminal investigation checks are already in place and all the bodies involved simply need to actually update their records and use the infrastructure properly, but that some states are still too restrictive in firearm ownership, like your New Jersey, New York, and other "May carry" states. SMH.

So scared of guns you folks can't even try to make sense.

Illinois and Virgina enacted laws specifically in the 90s to ban blacks from having guns, by banning gun ownerships for those in government housing, with the idea being it would overwhlemingly disarm low income blacks staying in dangerous communities.
Pre-Heller, Illinois and chicago was notorious for denying blacks the ability to buy guns from local police forces, Washington D.C. as well.
