At what point in the video did he have it out playing with it? What part of the video shows that it’s even HIS gun to begin with?

How can you be so obtuse, that you and I can watch the same video, yet, you don’t clearly see the OTHER guy playing with the gun, then put it down, then the girl picks it up, then the victim IMMEDIATELY protests her having it, only to be shot seconds later.

He never laid a finger on a gun that has nobody’s name on it in the vid, while sitting the passenger seat of the car(which would indicate it’s not even his whip).

Again, I respectfully ask, how is he a ”dumbass for playing with guns”?
