Now...I'm gonna be honest, and some folks might not like, what I'm about to say. A previous poster says, the victims, allegedly stole the shooter(s) chain. If true, like someone told me back in the day...when you do dumb shyt...you don't get to choose the consequences/repercussions (or what the punishment will be/revenge level). Garland has really gone down hill.

I remember like two years ago my girl at the time and I were over there at Mardell’s getting a gift for my mother’s birthday.

As we were driving out of the parking lot it was a random ass dude shooting his gun into a bunch of cars in the parking lot.

Craziest part was there was a cop car right across the street from where we were as he did this and they did nothing.
