Yesterday we received part of a video that seemed to confirm that a peaceful, surrendering, San Antonio, Texas, man was shot with his hands up. Because we only had part of the video, it was difficult to know for certain where this was the case.
Now that we've seen it, it is obvious the man we now know was Gilbert Flores was shot twice while he had his hands in the air. After being shot, he was provided no aid and shown no compassion whatsoever.
This video, seen below, is also very clear in showing that Flores was shirtless and unarmed. The officers do not appear to have any idea they were being filmed.
