The cop's color is meaningless breh. Police in this country are little more than an arm of white supremecy. That's not to say all cops are bad, I'm sure there are plenty of decent ones. The problem is that there are more cops who are willing to turn the blind eye to corrupt or criminal behavior from fellow cops. They enable the system to work - and it works by persecuting black and brown people. Hell even white people who get done dirty by police don't get treated fairly. The powers would love to see us all divided up by community, because there aren't enough conscious folk in any community to overthrow the whole power structure by ourselves. If the battle is fukked-up education standards, we need everyone who is screwed over by shytty schools to be working together. If the battle is racism in government and the workplace, then we need everyone who is being kept down to be fighting that same battle. First thing is first, and you get bad police (no matter their motives) off the force.

If you can concentrate on that, and it's an effort all races can fight equally, then we can all get to the real issues.

That is the primary, immediate battle. No matter what race, if there is police brutality, you have to fight it. It makes your issues easier to deal with in the long run as well.

The U.S basically has a serious almost comic book hero worship of any type of law enforcement or military. To the point they can literally murder people. So most likely Americans will continue to be slighty outraged and police will continue to do what they do but maybe try and look for cameras before they do it.
