how bad are the microtransactions on this game? I don't wanna pay $70 if this is riddled with microtransactions.
Not bad at all. Getting credits really ain't all that hard but if you wanna fast track getting some faster cars, you can always buy some credits. They're reasonably priced too, IMO. Like $20.00 gets you 750K credits. Not bad compared to some other games.
Slow in, fast out. Try to brake in a straighter line, release and turn with feathering the gas, and punch it out when you are "straightening" your steering at the end.

Happy licenses made a return in the reviews I've seen. I ran GT4 licenses to learn "proper" racing technique and seeing them watered down in 6 was disappointing.
Might wait for a bundle for this, but I'll pick it up eventually.
