They arent gonna order me to do anything on my property that im not comfortable with,

lol, my first job in the military was mp. All I have to say is, stop it son.

you will do whatever they say and do it quickly because human nature will force you to do it.

Especially if you have a family... those are the easiest people to force, because if a crisis happens they want structure, security, safety more so than anyone else. They are also less likely to put up a fight against "authorities".

Those who don't have family aren't really going to have a chance... it all happens so fast.... unless ur some militia nut who has been waiting for the muthafkin day.... you will naturally go with the flow.

So nobody else was in the military then? Got it.

Instead of trying to be the cool guy and son folks, you shoulda read the rest of my post when talking about it. Notice i said the bigger picture? Chances are I would have no problem letting authorities in my home if for good reason. Massive manhunt in my area of town and the military/feds think he may be around, sure come on in. But youre out your mind if you think im gonna let anyone infringe on my constitutional rights

and thats coming from a vet.

I didn't know if you were military or not, I wasn't singling you out either... I said most people.

As far as you though... I said come on... because you will let them. We let them every year through privacy laws. Eventually it won't be our choice to make. NTM, there are expectations and situations that negate these constitutional rights.

Right now someone could come to your house and snatch your vet ass outta bed, and lock you up without notifying your family where you are. How exactly would you use your rights in that situation?

You reaching with that last statement breh. Lets not take this out of the context of the argument. Were talking about the 3rd amendment. Just like i said, me being put in those exact situation as the folks in Watertown, i would have been helpful because i understand the bigger picture.

The bigger picture is, if you said..." No sir, there is no one other than my family in my home... you do not need to check here." They would still check.

Plus 3rd A, prevents troops from setting up shop in your home. 4th is supposed to stop them from searching your home.
I don't like it when troops and Fed swat enter a neighborhood with the idea that they Will search every home. Instead of thinking that they will have to try to search every home.

I'm personally grossed out about the idea of a random agent entering my home when I haven't committed a crime. In certain situations in America it wouldn't matter that I didn't give “freely and voluntary" consent.

So with the extension of the p act and other laws... it's ok that people can enter your home, bank records, internet records without proper court order?
