Just watched the leaked epi. Show's looking a lot better. Still think they need to cut pre-teen Bruce and his dumbass subplot

That's easily the best part of the show...which is ironic cause its not supposed to be about him

That's what they were going for. The animated series and Nolan and their own flavor

are u asking this as if it is a bad thing? .....oh and i watched the first ep of the new season, GORDON DA GIVE NO FUKS GAWD IS BAK!!!

Yeah they seemed to take a lot of inspiration from the Burton/Schumacher films while also going for the "timeless" nature of the Animated Series and throwing in a pinch of the Nolan vibe for good measure.

And the first ep of S2 was pretty good. It seems like there will be a tighter focus and everyone has their season long arcs already set up by the end of the ep. I expect there won't be nearly as much meandering this season as last.
