Winners:

Gordon - No charges on the Theo murder, Penguin didn't snitch on him, and got a kid on the way

Mr. Freeze- his wife may be sick, but she had his back and he found out his experiments worked right in time to dip out of the police precinct

Butch- with Penguin in the loony bin he has the top spot right now and Tigress wants to be his partner

Losers- Penguin in the loony bin now and he has Dr. Strange making plans for him

Bullock- had to fall back against Riddler with the quickness and only victory was pronouncing Fries correctly

Bruce- no screen time at all and the episode didn't suffer at all from his absence. Even Catgirl made a quick cameo

Lori Petty Cast As Joker-esque Character

A large gallery of still shots from Gotham's upcoming episode, "This Ball of Mud and Meanness" were released by FOX Friday morning. The images show guest star Lori Petty, sporting a cut-in smile on her lips and, in certain lighting, hair that makes her look a lot like a certain Batman villain.

Alfred and Selina help Bruce on his quest to find his parents’ killer, Matches Malone (guest star Michael Bowen). Meanwhile, Gordon follows up with Edward Nygma on Kristen Kringle’s whereabouts and Hugo Strange (guest star BD Wong) continues his treatment to reduce Penguin’s aggression.

Guest Cast: Carol Kane as Gertrud, BD Wong as Dr. Hugo Strange, Stink Fisher as Helzinger, Ian Quinlan as Strike Force Pinkney, Tonya Pinkins as Ms. Ethel Peabody, Jamar Greene as Cupcake, Lori Petty as Jeri, and Michael Bowen as Matches Malone.
