No just one timeline. Bran changed nothing, it was the whole self fulfilling prophecy angle. Now if Bran didn't retard Hodor a separate timeline would've (if indeed following standard movie time travel) arisen. And seeing as the all knowing/time traveling roots have been obliterated, anything else regarding Bran changing the past, is moot.
