To me, past, present, and future = 1 continuous timeline.


I dont want u to think that I dont get what you're saying, because I absolutely do. To me, this way of telling time travel affecting the future makes is a hell of alot more plausible then the way u want the story too happen

For example, lets say three years from now, in 2019, I hop in a time machine and chop off your finger in 2010

To me it's better story telling if from 2010 till the very moment before I hop in the time machine, your finger has been chopped off the whole time.

And when I get back from the past im like "Hey nikka, the reason why your finger has been gone is because I chopped it off while u were sleeping back in 2010.

As to opposed to what u want..your saying when I get back from the past in 2019, youve had your finger the whole time, and when I get back, your finger
slowly dissappears or something like in back to the future....creating a whole new timeline..

When someone goes into the past and changes something, it then changes the future.

The way this was set up imo is silly because Hodor was already messed up by Bran before Bran had went back. If hodor became retarded tonight for the first time it would make a lot more sense just like you're describing in your post.

its time travel breh, itll never really make full sense. just assume that everything thats happene din the show was always meant to happen and that everyones future is predetermined. bran was always going to go back in time to fukk up hodor, and thats why hodor was always retarded
