Recently my Ipod classic hard drive failed after having it for 3 years, so for the past 3-4 months i been using my phone, i looked online for a repair place cause it was out of apple care, and found out about rapid repair and saw that they upgraded hard drives and also for the classic had a 240 gig that availble, so i sent mine to them and 2 weeks laters its back, i just uploaded all my music to it and it took a couple hours, and now im music heaven again bra

its bad enough my gs3 battery dies all day from music, but the sound quality is fukkin trash on my phone, im playing music for the first time on my classic in months and the sound quality is amazing, the bass is hitting so hard, and i can feel my headphones kinda rumble on the bass on some songs

they also have something they do where they customize the and take off the OG cover and u can just view the motherboard, they call it ivue, and the gave me a 3 year warranty for for 20 dollars, and they changed the back case to say 240 gig

Not bad. If my music collection gets any bigger I'll be investing in one of these..

It was 150 to replace the 160 gig harddrive, to upgrade to the 240 it was 200 $ and 19 $ for the 3 year warranty, plus the paid 8 $ for the ivue stuff and 10 $ for the extended battery, so wit everything it came up to 230$
You could have just gotten a new 160 GB Classic and saved the time. You really have 240 GB of media? The front looks cool but I don't know about this one.

The front is easy as fukk to do. I remember one time I had a old 5g video one. I swapped out the back with a new panel (new sn), apple ended up fixing it for free. shyt was out of warranty.

I need to do this. Hell, I'd go bigger on the HDD if I could.
na 240 was the biggest they had, cause the classics use a Toshiba and 240 was the biggest Toshiba made

plus i forgot to say, if u good with fixing tech shyt, and have the 7th gen classic, they sell the HD and the tools for a 100 and u can install it yourself @Ricky Church @el_oh_el @Foxy @GollyImGully

I think I'd be good with a 240GB HDD upgrade, shouldn't need more memory than that. I need a new battery for a fact tho, shyt's fukking up hard.
