what if the fight were near water?

The humanoid shark probably has the home court advantage then, but I'm still thinking that the Gorilla with a human brain could put the Shark in a choke hold and pound on him.

Plus the humanoid shark probably wouldn't be as agile as a Gorilla and wouldn't have as much stamina so it'd only be a matter of time before the Gorilla outwits it.
