My last cheat day went like this

Breakfast
5 scrambled eggs whole wheat toast, turkey bacon, hash browns oatmeal and a Belgian waffle

Lunch
Arroz con habichuelas y carne guisada



Dinner
5 guys burger and fries

Snack
Two slices of pizza

It was about 7000 calories.

Where did you find the will to eat pizza after 5 Guys or was that before?

And now I'm debating about going and finishing it off :sadcam:

Where did you find the will to eat pizza after 5 Guys or was that before?

It was after and that day I did a lot of single rep heavy deadlifts and finished off with some laps in the pool.

I have to train for a boat race which is in mid-August, so I decided to have one last cheat day today until after races.

Breakfast: Cheese, bean and shrimp omelette (basically a whatever was in the fridge omelette), orange juice
Lunch: Double cheese burger, onion rings, root beer
Snack: Frozen yogurt, a box of oatmeal cookies, two croissants, three cinammon buns
Dinner: Fried chicken, fries

I still have two cupcakes left, but it's past my eating window so I'll drop them off at work for whoever wants it.

But yeah, I know I'm going to regret this in the morning when I have to drop that deuce :merchant:

on top of that either my allergies kicked in monday morning or im sick. both of which i attribute to eating that shyt.

after i ate each thing i was like :ahh: then :lupe: thinking how terrible it is that im eating this.

it was like a mixture of the euphoric feel of a jerk off nut then the guilt trip right after all combined into one
