We all have those days breh and brehettes, come in here and confess your sins and use it as motivation to never do it again.
I'm transitioning from cutting to bulking so I used this weekend as a free weekend for me. Ice cream, cookies, nachos, wings, chips I had it all. Closed it out with some chik-fil-a breakfast and lemonade this morning(closed yesterday) and now my goal is to stay as clean as possible. My mainstay is to stay away from junk food, fast food, and fried and greasy foods.
Also remember a good cheat here and there isn't the worst thing in the world.
