Anyone else watching Hell's Kitchen this season?

Also, I think we missed the kids Masterchef completely.

HK is ok, but nothing exceptionally classic outside of him shytting on raw scallops again.

Risotto, scallops, beef wellington...you think dudes would master at least those three dishes since they cook it every season

There's only one dude left and he's a pretty strong cook. I see Dana (the blonde girl) winning it all though :manny:

Can't forget Lobster Spaghetti/Ravioli :lolbron:

I am a chef and have worked with people who have worked with him, the general consensus is that he's even worse to work with off TV :bryan:

One dude I worked with told me he busted his ass for 6 months to get a promotion and got instantly demoted one day when he was 6 minutes late for work :whew:

Someone else told me about a junior chef damn near slicing his finger off and getting berated for being a 'weak c**t' for not wanting to finish the service :damn:

Both of them used to work around 16 13/14 hour days in a row before they would get a day off, dudes said they'd just spend the day sleeping waiting for their laundry to finish and dreading the next day :heh:

Yea, I met him at a shoot when he was doing kitchen nightmares a few years back, my aunt owned soul food restaurant in Plainfield and he was helping them out. He's a real nice guy behind it all, and he really wanted to help out the restaurant because unlike most of the places he visited, this place was in the hood and the people needed it. Unfortunately his help wasn't enough to keep the place going though honestly I blame my aunt, they went back to alot of the bad habits that fukked up their books in the 1st place, plus their head chef left for an uspscale restaurant and that didn't help, either. Also, I would't fight this guy if I were you, and about 6 ft tall and this dude was a little taller than me maybe 6'2 and he looks like he exercises regularly and eats right :heh:

Was it the restaurant where the dude tried to accuse him of planting a dead rat?
