The Lakers are trash from top to bottom. The Suns are one of the best, exciting young teams on the come up. Get out on the break, fast-paced, break your man down on iso. That's Goran's game and that's the Suns' game. To suggest he needs to be "freed" or he's stuck is nonsense. He's not playing any different than he would otherwise or than he did last year - he just had more of the burden to shoulder (and he was worn out by the end of the season because of it, btw.) He's still the leader of the team and the player they covet most so they're not just gonna let him walk because they signed Isaiah Thomas to come off the bench.

They've been insistent that the three pg backcourt is by design and they're definitely not looking to change it up now that its working pretty well. There's nothing suggesting Dragic is the odd man out other than wishful thinking from outsiders. I dont even know what you're thinking with the Dallas comment, that makes zero sense.

Trading Dragic before the deadline has zero chance of happening unless they're getting offered a superstar in return. At this point they're still more likely to look to move Bledsoe before losing Dragic.

This is essentially my response to this entire conversation. The Suns are in the thick of the playoff hunt and looking to continue building, and you seem to believe its a foregone conclusion that they're just gonna get rid of their best player in the middle of it to help some other team instead. No one in Phoenix has even considered that as an option, hence my superstar qualifier. I guess you're suggesting Dallas swap Rondo for Dragic, as if either team has any interest in doing that? Based on...what? You like Dallas but not Rondo? I dont know. As usual, your grasp on the subject seems tenuous at best.
