So Blacks = Felons now?
Absolutely not. If you are released, you should have the right to vote. This is one of the reasons, along with many others, recidivism is so high. If you let them out, you can't handcuff them as citizens. If you can't find a job, housing, have an effect on politics in your community, you tend to fukk up again. The courts have said they can come out and be among us, then they should have the right to vote. I don't see a logical argument against this. It is a rather archaic, almost draconian policy.Exactly ...the racist paternalism of the democratic party ....why are Black voting rights being portrayed as mutually exclusive with denying violent felons rights
I agree with it myself..not permanently but IMO one should lose that right for at least as long as their sentence if not double...

The leading cause of incarcerated black males is non-violent drug offenses.
Black males make up most of the prison population
White ppl like @Bernie Madoff and @Aelyas en passant want blacks to vote Rethug but don't know much about black issues
You keep proving Trumps point about Negros having shytty schools every time you post...and youre way off i guarantee im darker than 97% of you low literacy militants.
First nobody loses voting rights for non violent drug offenses so you dont know what youre talking about
Second...i dont know why you cant make the simple logical conclusion that when its time to vote for mayors,Attorney Generals,County prosecutor/District attorney it should be a given that the Rapists,Gangsters and Attempted murderers they put away should absolutely NOT have a vote .
Third Shame on YOU for intersecting the interests of Black people and Violent felons...most of those Nikkas were put away for Killing or trying to kill another Black man...
does that bother you? Youre fighting for the murderers right to vote but what about the VICTIM who is buried somewhere..what about his right?

What the fukk are you even talking about? Felons can't vote depending on the state. Non-violent drug offenses can be felonies (cocaine distribution, possession of felony amounts, trafficking, etc.). So non violent drug felons can't vote in some places. Are you retarded? Do you really think all felons are murderers? Or even the majority of them? Do you think a lot of murderers are released to vote as compared to say, carjacking, computer hacking, white collar crime felons with shorter sentences? How do you manage to breathe?
Elmo says Youre a dumbass who cant read...Did i say ANY of that..
I said I support restrictions on Violent offenders..which is the case in most states...

You literally said no one loses voting rights by non-violent offenses.
This is factually incorrect. Would you like to retract it, or would you like to continue pretending like you didn't say it?
You also said "most" inmates were put away for killing or trying to kill another black man.
Take a look, it's ranked 8th and not even remotely close to drug offenses. BOP Statistics: Inmate Offenses
