In comparison to their voter registration 'turnout' rate, black voters have taken a slight edge over white voters, while a greater percentage of registered Democrats have turned out among the party registration. Traditionally, registered unaffiliated voters have a lower voter registration turnout rate than do partisan registered voters in North Carolina.

One thing that never gets mentioned when discussing this topic is that Black voters are more likely to vote than whites in the state. That's the main reason why the Republicans went after us the way they did is because they know they don't have the votes or participation to win in a presidential year. So they did everthing they could to bring the Black number down. But even with all the road blocks put in the way, it looks like Black turnout will exceed white turnout in early voting after today and tomorrow.

"Don't vote for the lesser of two evils" logically means "Don't vote for the better choice."
The underlying message is abundantly clear: Don't Vote.
But this message is only being given to Hillary voters.
Which means these messengers want to see less votes for Hillary and more for Trump.
