Justice is served differently in different countries. These drones will lead to the death of individuals.
That's the country's own prerogative, but it's not really true. The only punishments for poaching are fines and prison time, the amount of which varies from country to country.
How do you think poachers should be dealt with?

If you knew every person you told on may or may not be killed, would you be ok with it if you saved the cats?
If I knew they would be killed, then I would lobby for a different punishment. I would not support the death penalty for poaching, or any crime for that matter. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about that since no country gives the death penalty to poachers.
I do worry about poaching as a problem, though. Africa has a rich heritage of wildlife that should be a matter of pride, and it should be protected from poachers. Poachers are not poor, starving people who hunt these animals for survival. They all have expensive, high-tech equipment and weaponry (you can't hunt big game like these and also avoid detection properly without them) and make a lot of money from destroying Africa's wildlife and ecology and selling ivory and rhino horns and whatever else to Europeans, Asians, and other Africans. I don't have much sympathy for them, either.

I know they were killed in brutal fashion. I don't know what that has to do with me not wanting to see mutilated animals while I'm browsing the coli.
