This isn’t some sort of payback @Toussaint The few rules that exists explicitly state schools can in no way be contacting or affiliated with NIL collectives. If you gonna move sloppy, you get caught. Even Ruiz down in Coral Gables got caught up. He was just smart enough to snake his way out of it. Folks are still dropping bags for kids to come thru for OV and unofficial OVs but they not stupid enough to get caught. The NCAA doesn’t actively seek out programs to investigate unless they’re moving sloppy or someone dimed them out. If what I’m hearing is true, it’s the Mims kid they tried to poach from UGA and possibly part of the reason it’s rumored Kirby had it out for Ted Talk Mike.
