Jeezus Christ. We know that Blu-ray's can hold up to 50+ GB of data.... I cannot imagine all the shyt we can cram on these new discs once they hit the streets and as far as gaming is concerned it's a fukking gamechanger. they'll never have to complain about not having space to put all the stuff on a game again...

4k-8k resolution... with and AD disc... im just looking at it like damn.... why couldnt this come out sooner....? Thoughts?

With storage being so cheap now and internet speeds increasing, using discs will become obsolete. Why buy a disc when you can download all the data into your hard drive and hold it in cloud storage where its always accessible no matter where you go?

This disc technology would be of better use for archiving/backup storage replacing tape drives and the like.

Hmm because Hard drive data can be corrupted, hacked, broken. something can and will go wrong... it happens. plus id rather watch the movie off a disc then my hard drive any day... Remember it's just an option. Also for video games this changes everything. fukk all that cloud shyt. especially if you live in a poor country with shytty internet!
