Good year to live in the bay

I dont understand the point of your post, prices are going up? Is that the point?

All moves are bay area moves, niners moving to santa clara is still the bay, warriors to sf..a's to san jose (doubt this will happen), raiders are really the only team that MIGHT leave the bay

No disrespect I knew about all the moving that's about to go down and wanted to know what how the fans are perceiving it. Though once again besides the Raiders and Sharks everybody is and should have a good year
