Bet. Gonna cop to supplement my actual boxing workouts. If I wind up improving more due to this game than the damn gym I'm gonna be like
Had to rep you.
I bought it and worked out with it today. I didn't even want to stop. The best part is how time flies. I went for 45 minutes. AND as someone who has trained at a boxing gym twice in his life, this shyt gave me better feedback on some of my punches than coaches I've had. I can't do it everyday cuz I gotta justify all this money I spend at the gym but it's nice for the days I don't want to go to the gym.
I feel bad, I know I shouldn't do it everyday. Even with the games schedule it has days off where you shouldnt do a daily workout. That being said
I'm on a 17 day exercise streak, there's only 1 day in March I didn't use it. I'm at about 80,000 punches. I should hit 100,000 before the end of March. I'm going for a million but I know that'll take months and I'm fine with that.
I am not going to use it every single day until a million but I'm kinda curious about a 30 day streak. It won't hurt, even taking it lightly will be OK as you should do some sort of physical activity everyday, but if you want to go hard this definitely gives you the option to do so.
Yo I been using this for awhile and I have a question. Is there anyway to track progress by punch type? I'd like to see if I'm getting better with my hooks. If not that's a major feature it's lacking. Also, these songs are getting repetitive.
First thing I did when I turned the game on was go into music settings and then turn the volume to 0.
I've never heard a song on this game.
As far as i know there aren't any individual metrics. I'd like that feature too. I'm curious how many dodges and ducks I've done cause now doing body squats is easy as hell. I accept it for what it is though.
I rock the m400 watch. What polar heart monitor do you have?
I think that would be useful for tracking calories burned while lifting or doing other activities I can't easily track

Copped that switch fitness boxing off this thread. Shyt is legit especially when i cant make it to the gym. First few days i was thinking i wouldnt even need to shower just give me a lil heart rate boost but i was drenched after 20 min
Thread got me curious too... We got a Switch for my youngest son, so I may cop the fitness boxing game and use it on my off days from the gym.
I DO APPRECIATE IT!!!!Youtube has dozens of free ones. They range from short (less than 5 minutes) to long greater than 30 minutes.
