There only two places where the prices are that high in DC. That station in union station and the BP in Georgetown.

Those places always have gas that is a dollar higher than the average price.

When I tell you that Capital Hill media has no idea what’s going on around the country, that tweet is the perfect demonstration of that.

Someone in TLR was doing the same shyt with California gas prices....purposely posting the overpriced one next to the jail miles away from anything else. :mjlol:

at a certain number of gallons, the milk is an indulgence. i no longer feel sorry for you if you have a hard time affording 48 gallons of milk a month. and make the switch to almond milk; cows milk needs to be in moderation

Almond milk has some drawbacks environmentally, it takes a massive amount of water to produce almonds and they're all grown in California which has really damaging water shortages. You're right that cow milk is the worst though, but rather than simply switching to almond it's probably better to reduce milk consumption overall and mix it up between the different options (almond/oat/soy/hazelnut).

"Nobody wants to work at our shytty fast food chain for poverty wages so we'll exploit this octogenarian for labor!"

Another bullshyt piece from CNN New Day trying to paint the economy as so dire without telling the whole story:

First of all, this 'Culver's' is a chain all across the Midwest and South, not exactly some mom and pop shop struggling to stay afloat.

Second, notice how they conveniently leave out how much she's getting paid for this. Either those wages are low as shyt and that's the real reason people won't work there, or they just decided to exploit this old lady for free and trot her out on national television as a way to chastise all the "lazy kids being paid to stay home."

This is supposed to be a feel good story, btw.

child raises money to cover school lunch debts. the anchors never address the root of the problem. they just focus on the spunky kid alleviating a fraction of the problem that society should be working on in a meaningful way

shouldn't even exist

gotta keep those taxes low though!

Washington Post tweeted this yesterday because Biden had the audacity to... go to Harry Reid's funeral:

They naturally got shytted on for it, so they deleted it and tweeted this:

But it was clear what they really meant. The media has been trying to push this weird narrative that Biden somehow wastes too much time on death or something just because he visits his dead son's grave. :wtf:

I wish his guest would call him out on his blatant bullshyt.. I remember when he had the writer of the 1694 project on his show and tried to hit her with the CRT bullshyt and how “parents” don’t want their kids feeling guilty about slavery.. She rightfully called his bum ass out about not saying White parents..

Dude is trash

Joe Lieberman finds a bit of optimism despite the doom and gloom for centrists. Ben Nelson has a darker view, worrying about whether today’s lawmakers are willing to put in the hard work to “reach across the aisle.”

Joe Liberman deserves the kind of death reserved for some of the worst people in history. fukk him

Business Insider has a piece on the Letitia James bringing charges against Trump. In the middle of the news article, they inserted a tweet from a Trump supporter. There's no reference to the tweet in the article and the tweet does not refer to any of the factual evidence in the article.

Trump Org claimed apartment was worth $25 million, while also offering it to Ivanka Trump for $8 million, NY AG alleges in fraud case

What's the point of reporting the news if you insert an unchallenged lie midway through it to be #FairAndBalanced This feels egregious AF and should go viral
