Your right about the whole fan-base thing.....he doesnt have a solid fan base. Hes a basically a "what have you done for me lately" artist. The day those hip-pop tracks arent getting spins its a wrap. Hope he is smart enough to put $$ aside and plan for after music.

He makes good pop songs that set a good mood/vibe, I cant see how people hate him and others like Pitbull for what they do.

Dudes like that are Pop artists with Hip-Hop roots....once people accept this simple definition of what they are, they can keep it moving.
