im not sure I would say any fast food place has "quality" protein...but you cant go wrong w/ a chicken sandwich at most places.

Me an my girl were arguing last night, and I realized I only ate 500 calories by 10pm last night.
So I went to Wendys (the first time in probably 10yrs) and grabbed two spicy chicken sandwiches.
Not healthy...but that was a quick 1100 calories and 60 grams of protein. Their grilled chicken sandwiches have 35g of protein each.

Chik Fil A is GOAT for shyt like this though...they close early, and arent open on Sundays though :stopitslime:

an idea occured to me, instead of getting tha 2 entree + a side plate at Panda Express, which comes out roughly to about $8
just get a medium entree of teriyaki chicken instead, that way you get all protien and none of that filler rice/chow mein
Panda Express isn't good. It's got more sodium and sugar in the sauce than you want if you are looking for healthy food that is high in protein.
A can of tuna is less than $2 and has the protein you want.

I don't know. I eat tuna with mayo in a tuna salad sandwich. Most bodybuilders don't go the mayo route for healthy tuna intake, I don't know how else to describe that.
Cooking lean chicken as protein is what I see a lot. Its relatively easy to cook, store and serve without having to be a chef.

Chick fila. Their meat quality beat out pretty much every other fast food joint. Two orders of strips are 88g of protein according to the nutrition facts on chickfilas website
Yeah the sandwich or strips have a good mix of protein, fats and cahbs.

If you are on the low cahb wave the grilled nuggets and chicken tortilla soup got you covered.
