As good as he is, dude doesnt make winning plays without him having the ball in his hands. That sequence where he left nas open to go guard someone who was already guarded and his lack of off ball movement or spacing handicaps his team.
You talking about Luka handicapping his team when he took the Mavs to the Finals last season, and they couldn't even make it to the playoffs this season without him. If you don't believe AD can take them back to the Finals (and get them a title), I don't know what the fukk you're trying to argue about Dallas doing the right thing by trading him.

Funny that this is starting to mirror Minnesota's first round series from last year:
  • Bare-bones "super team" draws the "perfect matchup" of Minnesota
  • Minnesota's ain't shyt power forward proceeds to ball out
  • Bare-bones super team has to play their top 3 guys 40+ minutes every game
  • Ant/Minnesota says fukk your playoff experience

Exactly that’s what I’m saying. Love Ant but we saw this last year.

I thought they were gonna go to the finals last year but they loss to Dallas .

Feels like Minny plays better as underdogs than favorites.

Luka at 26 should not be this gassed playing big minutes, the conditioning shyt is definitely real with him. Hopefully he takes it seriously going forward
They were all gassed out there.

I get that Luka is low-hanging fruit, but anyone playing 40+ minutes in today's game is gonna be running on fumes, especially if they're playing on an imbalanced roster without a frontcourt.

Multiple things can be true.

1. The mavs under AD will probably never replicate the success of Luka
2. Luka >> AD
3. Luka is a great player but he lacks intangibles to win. His effort on defense and off the ball is piss poor.
